It is of prime importance to us to create and maintain a Safe working environment for our on-site workers and sub-trades.

What We Do

The Health and Safety of our valued workers is of Paramount concern. To this end, we have established and maintain a Proactive Health & Safety Program to ensure that our workers are informed about Worksafe and Job Site Safety Regulations in order to prevent on-site injuries and work related disease. This is instituted through regular on-site “Tool Box” meetings and is monitored by our on-site Trades Safety Coordinator (TSC). We believe that when it comes to the safety of our personnel, it is far better to adopt a Proactive, rather than a Reactive approach. No one intentionally wants to get injured, and our company simply cannot afford to lose our most valuable asset – its workers.

Our Company is committed to ensuring a Safe Work Environment – from our Senior Management Owner/Operators to our On-site Supervisor & Trade Safety Coordinator. This “Safety First” attitude in turn filters down to our on-site workers and sub-trades.

Our Team works together with the Client’s Site Construction Safety Officer (CSO) to ensure that all Worksafe and Site Safety Policies are strictly enforced and adhered to. This includes immediate implementation of all Site Safety directives, participation in weekly site clean up programs and having our TSC attending all Site Safety Meetings.

In addition, all sub-contractors are required to adhere to all Worksafe, and Job Site Safety Regulations, as well as those of our own Safety Policy.

All suppliers to Modern Drywall Ltd. must strictly adhere to these safety regulations & policies.

We feel that by taking a Proactive approach to on the job safety, we can not only prevent job related injuries & disease, but perhaps also strive to set an example for other on-site trades, resulting in an overall safer job site.

It is of prime importance to us to create and maintain a Safe working environment for our on-site workers and sub-trades.

“Production should NEVER be at the price of the Safety & Well Being of our Workers”
